Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. You will analyze large amounts of data to find patterns and insights that drive business decisions. You should be passionate about machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, process, and clean large datasets from various sources.
  2. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
  3. Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models.
  4. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve key business problems.
  5. Communicate findings through dashboards, presentations, and reports.
  6. Optimize algorithms for better performance.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL.
  2. Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI).
  3. Understanding of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing.
  4. Experience with machine learning frameworks.
  5. Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  2. 2+ years experience in a data science or analytics role.

Preferred:

  1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  2. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
